"I have been a property agent since 2005, and have not lost a client since. I have a track record of securing long-term tenants, giving my clients financial stability with no void period. Some of my clients have had the same tenants for 10 years!

I started my career as a letting agent, valuing and letting properties from Putney to Canary Wharf. Most of these were new or modern flats located along the river Thames. 

In 2010, I set up Ville City from my home in Peckham leveraging my excellent knowledge of the area, having lived there since 2005.

I’ve been a tenant as well as a landlord so I’ve had the benefit (and the pain!) of experiencing and understanding both sides."
